Agreement

I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Merriments and the ordinances of the Town of Maiden. I assume all financial responsibility for those in my party, for any damage incurred to the facility and any equipment. I also assume the responsibility for the safety of those in my party and for any injuries that may occur. I agree to pay all financial obligations owed, prior to the time of the rental, including charges for setup and clean up time of the event. Merriments owner can withhold the deposit if the rental goes over the time applied for.

The deposit is due at the signing of this agreement. The total rental charge is due 7 days prior to the event. If an event is cancelled, it must be done 24 hours prior to the event, for the full refund of the rental charge. Cancellations will forfeit the $50 security deposit/ date reservation fee.
